Vomba and Peppi mates 8/12-09 and we look forward to some
wonderful puppies in February 2010. Both dogs have the most fantastic character.
We expect the puppies will have a very big eager to work in all kind of sports.

from Norway where Vomba and I had been to the Nordic Championship in obedience.
Vomba did very very well, 2. best Danish team and we got 254 point, only 2
points from a first prize and 2 OB-titels more.. ;-((( what a shame...
But he also entered the showring, and here he clean the table. He became BOB,
got CACIB, CC and became Norway Winner 2009 and Norwegian Champion also!
Here we
really have brain and beauty in the same packet!Im so proud of my
outstanding Vomba!!

The last Int. OB- competition this year in DK was "The OB-dog of the Year" in
Herning. Vomba did such a great program Sunday and became 2. winner with
excellent. In total he became 5. winner!!
Yatzy
entered the showring and became 2. best male got res. CACIB Saturday, and 3.
best CH male Sunday .

Soon Vomba and I is flying
to Norway. We are part of the Danish National Team to the Nordic Championship in
Obedience the 28-29/11 in Norway! I really hope for better luck this time ;-)
Vomba is
also expect a visit from CZ. A very nice young lady Dwigi, are coming to
Denmark. Hopefully he will become father in the beginning of 2010 ;-)

Vomba did great to the obedience competition today, he achieved 283,5 point - and won the
class - YES!!
Vomba and
Yatzy are very popular among the ladyes in the moment ;-) They can expect servel
visitors in the near future, see under "Offspring"
Today I also
met adorable Vilya 6. month old (Yatzy x Ginger litter) and Trine
Dyrgaard.

Well back
home after a great trip to Bratislava. Vomba did his best but unfortanally we
also got some zero'es ;-(( .......The Danish team became no. 5!
Det var en
rigtig dejlig tur med nogle skønne landsholds venner - sikke mange gode grin vi
fik os! Jette Palle gjorde et fantastisk job som landsholdsleder, hvad hun ikke
klarede før og under rejsen, var fantastisk! Tak til Jette, for jeg ikke gik i
panik, da Vomba pludselig ikke ville dække 1 minut før vi skulle i ringen - GISP
og GRU!!!! Tak til de øvrige på landsholdet for det gode sammenhold og den
professionelle optræden! Det var en uforglemmelig tur!

lot of new puppy plans with my boys are on the way....
Tomorrow Vomba and I are flying to in Bratislava. We are representing the Danish
National Team to the World Championship in Obedience !!!! Thanks for
all the greetings and x- fingers. Sooo exceiting !!!
At the
Clubshow yesterday Yatzy became 2. best champion male and 3. best male. 1 prize
in obedience and 4. winner and got his first leg in Obedience Rally - Here
we have Brain and Beauty!!
Vomba did nice for his first time in Obedience rally, but he had a awfull
handler, who did a huge amount of mistakes - and couldn't read the signs.. ( I
wonder how I ever could get my drivinglicence?? )
In Obedience he got 2 x 0 - no brag at alll!!
I also met 2
of Yatzy's offspring (with Ginger) 4. month old. So nice puppies, great behavior and very
wellbuild! They did really well to the show, both got very promising,
Quicksilver became 3.best puppy male and Vilja became 2. best puppy bitch. I
really hope to see their siblings soon ;-))

proud parents of 3 girls and 1 boy, the 2. august at Kennel Gaskoprim!!!!
If everything goes well, Vomba is also going to have a visit from a very

What a weekend we had! Saturday: Show: Nana,
Yatzy's mother, became Best of Breed
11,5 years old, Yatzy became 3. best male with excellent.
Obedience: Vomba 1. prize in obedience with 266,5, Kit and Hanna 3,5 point
from a 1. prize, what a shame....and almost the best was, Yatzy became 2. winner

champion!!
Sunday Show: Nana
became BOS,
Yatzy achived "very good", (only one male got excellent.)
Obedience: Wasn't really our day for any of us.., but we had great fun ;-))

Visit
from Finland!
After 4 years, we at last, had a visit from Finland of Yatzy's mum Nana, her
roommate Kit and their personal drivers Hanna and Sakke. We had a wonderful
holiday together and a lot had happend.
Hanna had 2 excellent workshops in our dogschool Karlebo's Ivrige Poter.
She gave us a lot of new trainingstips with a lot of humor and fun!

Visit
from Czech
Republic!
We had a great visit from Kennel Gaskoprim from CZ. Exi and Yatzy mated
succesfully. Puppies will be expected primo August. Exi and Yatzy are just a
adorable couple together. I had never before seen 2 dogs, who are so alike!!
Yatzy and Ginger is now the proud parents of 6 lovely puppies !
3 girls (2 tricolour + 1 black and white) and 3 boys (1 blue/white, 1
black/white and 1 tricolour) , all 6 are nicely marked. Huge congratulations to
Kennel Kewstock, I really look forward to follow the kids!!

What a
weekend we had in Malmö to the Int. show and obedience!
Saturday, Yatzy achieved reserve CACIB, became 2. best male with a great judge
report!
Sunday, Vomba got 290 point in Int. obedience class and became 3.winner!

This weekend
we are going to the north of Jylland. We take part in a seminar with John Eklöf
from Sweeden! Im very excited to hear what he can tell us!
Ginger is
getting more round and heavy, and doesn't run so fast, as she use to do :-))
Next weekend
we are going to Malmö Int. show and obedience. Yatzy enter class 2 and Vomba Int.
class. Its always quite thrill to go to this competition i Malmö!

We had been to the Club show and Yatzy did great again! He became 2. best male
with Club CAC, and a fantastic judge report!! Jippiii!!
Vomba did also great in obedience, 270 point and 4. winner!! It's a shame he had
such a stupid and foolish handler as me, who throw at least 20 points away, by
doing some silly things only newbeginners can do........hmmmmm....

June:
DKK Int. obedience in Varde 31/5+1/6 in a terrible heat, Yatzy became 2. Saturday with 208 points and won the class Sunday with 207,5 points! We
did also went to Germany, to our friends at Hoppers and the boys did a excelent
job. Vomba got 2 x 1. pr with 263p. Saturday and won the class Sunday with 274,5 point. Both days with a 0 in "sit in group"! Saturday with 10 in heelwork, Sunday 9,5!!
Yatzy entered in the German class 2 is a mix between the Danish class 3 and Elite class. Even he "only" got 2 x 2. pr he did a great job. Some of the excercices we aint 100% ready for. Saturday he got 0 in sit in group and jump with retrive... hmmm.. and even with 2 x zero he got a 2. prize with 228 point..The rest was really good! Sunday we got a 0 in distance control.. misunderstanding?? But still we got 248,0 point!! My brave little man!
July:
The highlight of the dogyear!! World Championship in Obedience (Vomba) and the
World dog show (Yatzy)!!
I was so proud to be
qualified to the Danish national team with Vomba and represent Denmark to the
World Championship in Obedience!
September:
Vomba
winner of DSS national obedience competition with 278 point!
Yatzy had to much fun and became 4.th in class 2 with 188 point..hmm..
November:
Competition of "The
Obedience Dog of the Year" Vomba became no. 7 and Yatzy became no. 3.
December: Yatzy got his last CAC and became DKCH!!!. He also become
the 3. best male in the Danish BC Club! And at the same day he competed in
obedience in third class and got first price with points 231,5! So he got his
first leg towards his DKOBCH!!!

A lot of things had happen since the last update. We had been to the competition
"Dog of the Year" in obedience in the start of November. Both dog was qualified,
Yatzy in class 2 and Vomba in Int. class. We had such a great weekend in good
company, together with Ulla and Flemming and their 2 lovely Berner Sennen, Dendi
and Dia, and all our dogfriends!
Yatzy did okay, was a bit silly in heelwork, biting in my legs :-))))and became
number 3 - I was really satisfied by that. The competition runs the whole year
(collect points to each obedience competition) and the 5 best dogs in DK are
invited in each class. In Int.class 10 dogs are invited. Its a big honor to go
there, and very exciting. The competition is held in the big show ring with a
red carpet and in spotlight, and with a lots of audients. Many of the dogs
thinks, it a bit strange to work in that surroundings - so anything can happens!
The dogs are use to work outside at grass the whole year..!!
Vomba did a okay program with some mistakes. We ended up as number 7.

Time to update a little :-)) My new computer is just arrived and I change provider monday - sooo I dont know when I'll be online again! I really hope everything is going smooth....
Last weekend we had a visit of Yatzy's breeder Ella and lovely Noddy from Finland. We had such a great time!
Results from last weekend at the BC special show: - Yatzy became 1.open class both days
- Noddy clean the table and became BOB both days and Danish Champion - huge to congratulations Ella and Noddy!!
What a Maccabee weekend!! - 3 lovely Maccabee dogs!!
In obedience : - Vomba became 3. winner with 270,5 in Int.class - Yatzy 2. winner with 206 p. in class 2. The obedience competition was held in puring rain!!
The obedience results are coming. Both dogs did not do the best . Perhaps they need some more focus from their handler??? *big smile* For who had seen us in the ring would agree!!!! After a long summer without training I couldn't really set me up to this competition. Yatzy got 206,5 Saturday became 3. winner and 203 Sunday ?? winner - but 1. prize both days, Vomba got 227 Saturday 2. prize and 257,5 Sunday 1. prize.
The Danish team became number 4. to the World Championship in Obedience in Stockholm!! Mads Møller and lovely Haley became World champion!!!
Vomba got 247,5 point, witch I am very satisfied with :-) He did all the exercises very nice. Unfortanally we had a little misunderstanding in distance control - our best exercise!
Yatzy became 2. in open class with excellent and got res. CAC!! Yatzy was beautifully handlet by Anna Dumell. It was a amazing feeling to have the whole Maccabee team behind me - Thanks a lot to all of you!!

Vomba is representing the Danish national team to the World Championship in Obedience in Stockholm !!
We have start number 5, Friday the 4. July!
Soon we are on our way to Stockholm! We have a little holliday in Sweden before the competition. You can find information about the WCO here
Because the show and Vomba's obedience competition is at the same time - he will not enter the show :-( Yatzy will be showed by his breeder Ella Lamusuo :-)

Time to update :-) We had been very busy the last 2 weekends, here is a short update:

Hoppers in Germany 7+8/6 We had a great trip to our obedience friends in Germany. The boys did really great despite of the terrible heat.

- Mother Nana, Int & Fin & Ltu ShCh BaltW-99 FW-04-06 Fin ObCh BH JK1 FH2 Maccabee Billberry Cream, became BOB and best veteran, she's almost 10 years old!!
- Sister Zilla, FIN CH BH JK1 Maccabee Highway Song, was a trip to Sweden where she became BOB!!
- Brother Onni, TK2 BH Maccabee Happy NewYorker, became 3. best male with res-cc and res-cacib out of 15!! AND..
-Sister Vega, Fin MVA EuJW-06 JK2 BH Maccabee High Chaparral is The Finnish Border Collie & Australian Kelpie Clubs The Best Newcomer in working trials 2007! In showdog competition she end up beeing 3.rd. Huge congratulation to you all!!

Int. Malmö - we had a great day in the obedience ring!
Vomba accived 1. prize in Int. class and became no. 9 out of 16 entries. We had a few misunderstanding through the program. Vomba was happy as usual, he really loves the indoor competitions! The judge said " this dog really loves the attention from the audience" ha ha ha....typical Vomba!
Thanks Vicky Bjerring for the lovely photos - we had great fun in the ring!! Yatzy won class 1 with 185/200p - Jippi..!! My little brave man!! We lost a few point in retrieve, because I didn't really understood the swedish program (much more different from ours)
Poor Yatzy who have such a awfull handler *ggg* He also became 3.rd in open class at the show....hmmm.. The best was, his tail had never been better, "almost" down the most of time, he really did a good job! It getting better and better I hope..
I had a great time together with Vicky and Martina - thanks for all your help on a busy day, running from ring to ring and of cource the good company!

We had a great day at the Border Collie club show and obedience. It's always so nice to meet a lot of dog friends from the whole country. The results wasn't the best, except in obedience with Yatzy - he saved the family's honor again!!
Ohh yes.. Vomba was also there....but I had decide to forget everything about this competition - he was just soo naughty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
